pure, magical nature

Its been a busy night and day for mum & dad and us midwives but here she is, all 9lb 7oz of roaring little girl, now nestled very happily into her mum at a just few minutes old. Another fantastic waterbirth at home using hypnobirthing techniques.

That melting look of a new born checking out mum - it's pure, its magic, it's nature. I'm amazed by it every time.

This newborn baby can focus on her mums face, everything else is blurry beyond.
