Spring is in the air!!

These sparrows were inspecting one of the nesting sites used last year, the hole under the roof tile.

It was a beautiful morning, but we have had thunder, hailstones and a short power cut this afternoon. I had planned to do the Big Garden Bird Watch about 3pm, as it is normally a busy time in our garden, but that will have to wait until tomorrow!
