All bottled up

This is an enormous ship in a bottle on the Greenwich Park side of the National Maritime Museum. You can get some idea of how tall it is by the man you can just about see at the right hand side of the picture.

You can also see what a glorious day it was in London in comparison to the horrible weather I have heard about in the rest of the country today. Even that pales into insignificance when I read on Dogblog about the weather in Ontario. Contrast that with Tussock Tales in New Zealand and isn't Blip a wonderfully informative place?

It reminds me of a tongue twister we used to say when we were children:

Whether the weather be cold,
Or whether the weather be hot,
We'll weather the weather whatever the weather
Whether we like it or not.
