Great chieftain o' the puddin' race

It's not often I eat out two nights in a row but both nights have been rather special. It's Burns night, which is a biggie in Scotland.

Steak and haggis is just about my favourite thing to eat. And the company was first class tonight.

My husband can recite the whole of Tam 'O' Shanter from memory. And he learned it when we were in school. Over 30 years ago! I'm just about to hear the rendition. With a wee dram in hand.
