Balloon hats!
Another busy day for the pinks. Mr Pink came in at 7ish from his night shift, and went to bed. From there on, I tried to keep a bit of hush while the mini pinks breakfasted, dressed, played, AND got ready to go to a birthday party. There's little in the way of time management in Master Pink's world, so we were late for the party but we were by no means the last. It was a party for two of miss Pink's classmates, and Miss Pink herself had a lovely time. There was an entertainer, who after lunch, did a magic show. I rather enjoyed it, and was probably the one who was laughing the loudest.... Oops!
After the party, we popped by Grandma's. Master Pink went out in the garden to look for wildlife, and Miss Pink did twirling dances, all while I had a sandwich and a cuppa with mum. We wished Molly the dog a happy birthday, and then loaded ourselves back in the car to visit Nana and Granpa.
It was Nana's birthday yesterday, so we took cake and presents, and Miss Pink made sure that Nana had plenty of help to unwrap everything! We stayed for a little while, I think the mini pinks were pleased to see their grandparents, and were having fun playing connect four with Granpa.
On the way home, we got caught up in a freaky storm complete with thunder, lightening and hailstorms! The mini pinks didn't like it much which was unusual for them, so with tea in mind we popped into the supermarket to buy some bits and wait for the thunder to go.
Tomorrow is about church, homework and moving Miss Pink back into her room!
