Being Cultural

I blipped my friend Bruce a while ago when he was briefly back in the UK (he is is now a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Auckland).

Whilst here, he mentioned a book that he was editing called 'Being Cultural' , and that it included a chapter that he'd written on 'Technology, Popular Culture and Krafwerk.' Today a copy thudded through my letter box.

So, I'll start the book by reading the chapter that refers to my favourite band. Thanks for the book Bruce!
