"do you think we have enough for 5?"

Euan and I often have people for Dinner. I love eating with friends - it's a joy I learned in my time in Italy.

This Is gammon picked up for 3 pounds in the reduced section, cooked with cider chillis, cinnamon, coriander and cooking apples before getting a chili glaze. It was yummy! And the cooking liquid reduced to the most beautiful sauce.

Loads of leftovers for sandwiches and soup!
