Feeding Frenzy

Over the past few days we have had a frenzy of blue tits feeding from the feeders at Dartmoor Base and last evening I found what appeared to be a blue tit fledgling hiding under some plants on the garden. Has there been a premature rash of blue tits births in the area ? Do they usually fledged this early ?

What ever they are making for a lovely blip and the do look quite clean and sprightly compared with the older birds we see later in the season.
I think they will look good when shown "Large!
