Ice and Snow

Although over night we had a touch of snow even down to low levels by just after 9am the rain had washed it away and even the main routes across the moor were clear. However just turn off onto the single track roads, like this one running through Challacombe and they become slushy and slippery, reminding us of what a difference the increase in height of some 800 feet from the low laying farm lands to the high moor can make
