Skiing cake

As has become traditional , the boys made a welcome home cake for Martin who has been away skiing....

This years rendition, rather less impressive, has our man making a snow angel (due to a technical error on the butter to icing sugar proportions front), resulting in rather slushy snow icing that needs to stay in the fridge...

However, the rest had been hand made and not shop bought - and Ben has now worked out how to use the the oven so progress has been made.

I'd have probably gone for this photo but he didn't want me to :-)
