Beer Can Chicken

Celebrated Oz Day a little vigorously thats why i am back blipping. Any way this is the first time I cooked a chook this way. A can of dark beer with a couple of sips taken out of it( I know you Aussies will say XXXX i sa lager but I drank the contents and replaced it with Coopers Stout) Ascan see in the blip you shove the can of beer up the fundamental orifice of the chook in theory the chook just sits there but I had to prop it up with some skewers. The finished product was delicious.
