Surf's up

The wind has moved towards the East which means it is colder here but not as wet. On Baleshare this Easterly pushes up the waves as they come crashing in to make a spectacular sight. In the background you can see the very distinctive water tower at Balivanich - it always makes me think of an arrow pointing down to a spot that the planners should never have allowed to be built on in the way it has been!
Bird-wise a quiet day but seeing a group of four Brent Geese near Iolaraigh was the highlight.
