Sunset over Heisker
I love lighthouses. It is something to do with the fact that most are in wild and remote places and not surprisingly always on the coast. My fourth blip ever and exactly one hundred blips ago was of the lighthouse on Heisker - or the Monach Isles - and in today's shot you can see the same lighthouse from a very different angle.
A day of sunshine and blue skies, albeit with a cold NE wind. Towards the end of the day we climbed up to Clettraval and the whole perspective on the islands - and the weather changed.
As ever fascinating to see the difference the light and the way you are looking at things changes entirely your understanding of what you are looking at.
