Uninspired

Drizzly morning so nothing of note to blip on my cycle ride into work and an 'at home' evening working through a long 'to do' list. Including trying to sort out cat care for when go away on our week-long break. It's not looking promising at the moment.

So you get a photo of one of the two cast iron fireplaces which are propped up against the walls in two of the rooms in our house.

Tomorrow is a new day when I shall continue working down the work 'to do list' of things I need to do before I leave on the 5th.

It's also the final session of my 4-session photography course. Although it's definitely been interesting and fun and I know more now about what the various buttons and dials do I really can't say in all honesty that I have been able to use them to take 'better' photographs.

But then I guess that depends on what your definition of 'better' is.
