My bowl overfloweth

This is all free food! No, I wasn't given it free of charge. Free food means I can eat as much of it as I want to - that's why there is a lot of it.

I am very impressed with Slimming World so far. They've got a natty little website with recipes and a place where I can write down everything I've eaten (!!!) and a sun calculator too. I haven't been very sinful today so far! AND my slimming world consultant has phoned me tonight to see if I'm okay or need any help with anything!

Apart from that, today has been rather mundane. The fruit bowl was the most exciting thing I could find.
