Birthday Boy

Unfortunately he had no idea who we were or what the hell we were on about with his cards etc.

God knows what will go through his mind when his cake is delivered.
But then again - he may well be lucid at that point.

I hate to think what my brother will think when he sees the other pictures - Dad is just skin and bone these days and in the other shots it looks like his jumper still has the hanger in it.

Even my sister is admiting it is really hard visiting him now
