OAP Outing
Escorted by Luna to keep control, the pensioner band went for their morning constitutional - Asyr (1985) at around 80, Flash (2003) at around 70 and I (1954) feeling like 90, tramped through the snow that fell last night. In fact Asyr stormed along and he really enjoyed it, especially when we came out of the forest and took a break on a field. He didn't want to take the turn down the path home and would have willingly done another hour or two jog. You could really sense his urge to have a real good long canter. Shame he can't be ridden any longer.
Snow is very temporary, due to be up to 8°C later this week, so won't even think of clearing it. Ironically the snow blower is the only motorised machine I did a good service on in the autumn. Not used it once this extended 2013/4 autumn!
Hope all having a good Chewsday.
