Between the Showers

7.0C and mostly dull with light rain. Drier in the afternoon. Breezy.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went out for a walk after lunch thinking that the rain had gone off. We hardly got out the door before another shower came on. I took Maeve back in and put on her blue coat and we went for a short walk. Just as we got back home the rain went off.

I took Maeve's coat off and we jumped in the car and went down to the car park at Westhaven. I got out and took a few photos. Some from the grass by the car park and then some from the rocks as the waves washed in. The tide was just starting to go out.

The owner of Shamara II came along the shoreline as I was heading down the beach to the rocks. He stopped to have a brief chat.
