Meeting with a consultant at Roslin PH2A this afternoon which is one of the University support facilities for the Roslin Institute. The National Avian Research Facility opened last year and this was a good job for me.

This fitness thing is taking a toll on my dodgy knee!

An 11k run last Thursday, Gym Friday and Sunday, an 8k run Monday and gym tonight!

Just signed up for the Kilomathon in March as well!!
