No spinning this morning as there was a powercut at the gym! Nicki and I took our friends toddler out for a dog walk instead as her daughter was off school with a vomiting bug. After gymnastics Heidi and I popped into my parents house to drop off some birthday cake for Tanya. Alan was round cutting Mums hair. I love this picture, Heidi has known Alan since she was born as he cuts mine, India's and her hair too. Heidi was quite happy chatting away to Mum while the haircut carried on. It's a very domestic scene but a lovely moment between a grandma and grand daughter.
