Ginger and orange

After coming back from town, which is almost 5 miles away, I remembered that it was my turn to provide the refreshments for the WI committee meeting tonight!
So I made this cake, a new recipe for me, but it went down very well! Usually one or two members will refuse the refreshments on the grounds that they are on a diet, it is their fasting day, or that Rosemary Conley would disapprove.
Everyone had a piece, and in fact fellow blippers got out their cameras! Are we the only committee with 3 blipfoto addicts?!
