Jack the Record Breaker!

To make absolutely certain that the Jack Vettriano exhibition at Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery does indeed reach the record breaking attendance figure of 100,000 as expected, the non-singing butler and I danced in for another visit this morning, delightfully without an umbrella!

There we joined the hordes of concession ticket buyers who were studying the pictures with such joy and enthusiasm, guessing the story each one had to tell, debating the relative power play in each and admiring the erotic group.

Thank goodness we have the Art Establishment and the Critics or we would think we were right to love Vettriano! But we can have a ball at this exhibition safe in the knowledge that we are utterly ignorant and foolish to do so..... in record breaking numbers !
