Ted sat under the Mace!

We had a drive over to Blackburn and had tea and cakes and a quick catch up with my friends Graham and Andrew who are the Mayors Officers their. Ted is sat in front of the Mayors seat in the Council Chamber. The Mace is placed in front of the Mayor for Council meetings and it is quite a big one in Blackburn. The Mace is their today as a group of people were coming to the Town Hall to meet the Mayor.

We had a quick look around Blackburn afterwards before we headed off home.

Tonight we are going for an Indian meal at the local catering college which is in Nelson so looking forward to that.
