Crepuscular Keswick

Today started off lovely so we headed for the hills. After walking up through Dodd wood it had clouded over and we were greeted with the most amazing display of Crepuscular rays over Derwent Water. They lasted for ages and I couldn't resist them. Jane also took some good pictures on her iPhone.

We walked up to the snow line at the base of Skiddaw and then returned via Ullock Pike. It was a good walk and really nice to get up high. The weather stayed dry although there was a bitter wind at the top
