Peggers Inn has been closed down for some time now but it remains something of a local landmark - it was the site of a famous and brutal murder in the sixties...

On a somewhat lighter note, somebody bought the print I entered for the 'Postcard Show' - when the costs are taken into account I'll make about six quid but since it's the first piece of artwork I've ever actually sold I'm feeling quite chuffed anyway!
