Day of Days

Well that's big bro off on his aussie adventure. It's strange that you don't realise how much you will miss someone until they are no longer just around the corner. There are definitely times in life for reflection and this is certainly one of them. Must do better... at lots of stuff.

In a parallel homage (sort of) we eventually finished watching "Band of Brothers" last night. It's been sitting gathering dust for the best part of a decade. We always seemed to get distracted from finishing it. It was well worth the wait though. Dunno how they did what they did. Quite terrifying.

In other news I was late back home from work which was not appreciated. That's usually my Wednesday trick!
