Messages from home

It seems that youngling mk2 is missing her uncle, auntie and cousins. Poor wee thing :-( They all landed safely in Perth so I'm looking forward to seeing some pics and our first Skype call.

Today followed some major themes of the week. 1. I didn't get my usual train. 2. I was on a train going in the least desirable direction. 3. I was on a delayed train. Woop for the trains!

It was also showcase day at work. I always think it should involve jazz hands but it's really just software demos and some slideware.

Friday night is currently Hobbit night. We got past Gollum's riddles and are on the cusp of some tasty goblin fights. You can never have too many goblins I say :-)
