What's down there?

I was sitting in a coffee shop in the shopping centre, watching the world go by. I noticed above me the curve of the balcony to the upper level, which I found made an interesting design, so I tried photographing it. Then a couple of people walked by, and I thought that had the potential to add a lot to the image, but it was difficult getting someone clearly visible and in a good position.

Then this lady stopped, looked around, and finally looked over the balcony at the floor below. Perfect!
