No Entry

It was quite late this afternoon by the time we got out to go for a walk in the park. However, the No Entry sign, intended for cars, was appropriate today for pedestrians as well. The surfaced paths were muddy and wet, and the unsurfaced paths were far too muddy after all the recent rain. So we just had a cup of tea in the cafe instead!

Out to a quiz night tonight. As usual we did quite well - until the last round (popular music). We need to find some youngsters to join our team - people who actually listen to, and are familiar with, popular music! As usual, we dropped back at the end.

Still, a pleasant evening in the company of good friends.
