Smiles for daddy

I was woken to excited squeals of "yeeeee tractorrr" at 7am as dad had promised to get up and take Jacob out with him to feed the animals. It amazes me how much Jacob understands and remembers. I've never seen him get dressed so quick - by the time dad knocked on the door at 7.10am Jacob was all ready for his adventures. I was all ready to go back to bed.
A very wet day saw us spend most of it by the fire before heading to Hayley and Jonathan's for fish and chips this evening. Despite a mini meltdown from Jacob we had a lovely evening, and Jacob adored their cat Tilly who put up with everything he threw at her.
