Demolition

The buildings at Viewforth were erected nearly 50 years ago and served as the headquarters of Central Regional Council and since 1996 those of Stirling Council. They were never the most attractive buildings resembling something from the Communist east. They have also now outlived their usefulness and the demolition squads have begun the work of reducing the place to rubble . This may be the first of a few pictures as the work goes ahead
