The massive cake

Katie doesn't much like cake, she's quite picky about them. But she saw this one and was adamant she wanted it. And she ate the lot. Then claimed half of the caramel shortcake I wanted.

I had picked her up from nursery early afternoon so we could go to the haberdashery to get some things for a dress I was making her. The shop had a little doggy who rather fancied monkey as a snack, to Katie's understandable disgust.

We headed from the village to the city ready for ballet, stopping in a few shops and buying even more snacks as she was on a mission!

She really enjoyed dancing tonight, she had her wonderful goofy smile as she was getting the hang of some new things tonight. All in all, a happy day and she was snoring in bed in a matter of minutes from getting home
