A Classic

Back to food blips... just made a classic Victoria Sponge and filled it with whipped cream and my friend's homemade raspberry jam. We will be taking it round to said friend later to eat after dinner. I'll be in her daughter's good books as she wanted a cream cake. Nothing much else to say on such a wet and dreary day...
