Waiting patiently...

Today when I picked Ferguson up from school, he told me that they'd been told a story about a poor man who had been robbed & then 2 people passed by without helping him, a 3rd person passed & lifted him up not his donkey & helped him get better.
I asked him did he know what're story was called but he couldn't remember. He beamed with glee when I asked him if the storyboard The Good Samaritan.
He had been given a smilie sticker for being a convincing robber..

The picture however, shows Noodle pops waiting patiently for Alex to arrive home from work. Little did she (or Ferguson) know that his delayed arrival was due to him picking her up a doggie playmate.
A black Shar-pei that we went to see on Sunday.
Alex & I talked about getting her a companion & she was about the same age & had a cute face in her own ugly way.
I know people (my Mum in particular) will call us mad but in our own way we think that the dominant personality of a Shar-pei will assist in calming Noodle's crazy temperament.
We'll see..!
