Erskine sunrise

Unusually I was awake before husband number 1 today so I took the dogs their early morning walk. This is the view from the front of Dumbarton Castle, looking East towards the Erskine Bridge.

Been kept busy today. Worked in the lab this morning doing a bit of overtime trying to catch up on things. Then just when I decided I had done enough, I got paged to go out to a scene. Luckily it wasn't too long a shift and I was home for dinner.

I have set myself the challenge of doing 5K everyday in February. I can walk, run or cycle it. I did my first as a run tonight, in the pissing rain. I took Daisy for moral support. She pulls me along a little bit too. Then it was home for a lovely steak dinner, and now a movie.
