Belfast landmarks #1

I love Belfast. As a city it has suffered a lot over the past number of decades but it still has great charm and spirit. So it is appropriate that my first Belfast blip is of a sculpture called 'Spirit of Belfast'.

The sculpture takes the form of metal circles. I 'm sure I should know what they represent, but I'm afraid I don't. Will put that on my list of things to find out! They are in a pedestrian part of the town called Corn Market and sometimes young people will gather here, or buskers.

I tried to get a bit of sky and the lovely red-brick building too.
