Love on the Beach

We were orienteering in Mulgrave Woods just inland from Sandsend today. As per yesterday I was lacking in energy and hoping it's giving blood last week which is at the root of it. That apart I enjoyed getting the exercise and didn't make too many errors.

We came home via Scarborough Hospital as a fellow club member had what is apparently termed as a TIA whilst out on his course. Everyone rallied round and another clubmate drove his car home and ferried his passenger. Thankfully he appears okay and has an appointment at the local hospital in the morning for a follow up.

I took this blip from the event carpark before we headed off to our starts, lovely to be beside the seaside....and with the bonus of sunshine too!
