Sweetpea Was Kung Fu Fighting (Mono Monday)

Mario & I are going on a camping holiday, starting tomorrow, returning in about 8 days time. I've spent most of the day organising everything, including food (which cost a fortune, so much for a budget holiday!), and the cats - I've decided to send Pippy & the kittens to health camp (cattery), because I'm worried the kittens will wander away, especially Sweetpea, who's gotten lost before. Bertie & Boogle will be fine, the neighbour's going to feed them, and they spend a lot of time at his house anyway.

We'll head to Lake Hawea for a couple of days, then on to the West Coast, then to Nelson and Picton, and back down the East Coast through Kaikoura. Or maybe we'll head to Hanmer Springs. Who knows? But it should be fun, and hopefully we get good weather, like we've had today.
We'll be staying in our brand new, never-used tent, that we bought about 10 years ago. We've been waiting for the right time to use it, and there's no time like the present - especially when we're too broke to afford proper accommodation!

I don't know how the blipping's going to go while we're away; some places probably won't have internet coverage. So, it could be a bit sporadic.
