Blipping on the Sheep's Head

I had a lovely afternoon with Freespiral, Himself, Traveller'sjoy and BAT.

We started off with a delicious lunch at Freespiral and Himself's lovely home. Then we had a good walk in the Kilcrohane area, taking in standing stones, lots of little ruins, spectacular views, a deserted beach and lots more, covering a small part of The Sheep's Head Way which is helpfully signposted and well supplied with stiles and gates making negotiating the countryside very easy.
And the weather was dry, bright, and only a little breezy, in stark contrast to the last few days.
