Wet in Venice

Having a few days in Venice so I thought I ought to Blip again. it did stop raining for a couple of hours this afternoon but it is difficult to take a photo without an umbrella or a Japanese tourist in the way, usually both.
Today we visited the Basillica and the Doges Palace which is full of fine art all bought from the proceeds of the coffee in the restaurant. Venice is a beautiful city even in the rain and I am sure four days will not be enough to do it justice.
