A Chinese Emperor?

Well look who I bumped into in the Plaza! I suspect this gentleman had been hired by Hong Kong Resort (owner of Discovery Bay) to share some new year cheer and give out some yummy chocolates. I was the happy recipient of one too, he gave me one after I took his picture. What a sweetie.

I couldn't help notice his outfit was starting to come undone, just a tad. Boy how I wanted to fix it. He is wearing a traditional Chinese outfit. Love how bright it is in it's traditional red and gold colours.
