Day 56

My head was in a fog of guilt, anxiety and confusion. I felt overwhelmed by the stuff I needed to do. I cancelled going to Tyndale and feel a bit like I have disappointed them. I did attempt to go but then it all felt too much.

In the evening I went to see Alice. On the way I was in a complete state but upon arrival, she was happy and we had a very nice time.
