Toto Looking Good

Took Toto to the vet today for a checkup and some immunisation shots against a whole lot of things that dogs can get here. He is in pretty good condition according to the vet and is considerably larger than most Cairn Terriers at 15kg, most are around 8kg.

He had to have a blood test to check for heartworm infestation, and the results are in and he isnt affected whew!! So we go back tomorrow for another shot to immunise against that as well.

I've also booked him into the groomer for a whole body treatment, bath, clip, nails etc so that he knows what it really feels like to be a pampered pooch, unfortunately they're booked out for a month!! :D

I talked about all the issues we've been experiencing and Mr Vet made some good recommendations and observations which will help us help him! He feels that Toto has fallen on his feet when he came to live with us....we totally agree of course!! :)

I'm off out for dinner tonight with two of my dearest friends, one of which is also a blipper - Moiza, do have a look at her journal if you have a minute :) I'm sure the blip subject will come up for discussion tonight!!

Cant believe this is my 450th blip!!
