The Temptation

Gritty knackered selfie using friend's Octobox. I am too close to the wall (by accident), which seems to have created a monstrosity on my shoulder; a dark shadow - a phantom parrot, perched by my ear whispering temptations about biscuit-tins and chocolate. Maybe it wasn't a mistake. Maybe I have somehow captured on 'film' the essence of my deepest vice. Well I suppose that should mean I address it, so here goes:

A formal address to my deepest nemesis:

"GO AWAY! I SEE YOU! I AM NOT GOING TO EAT THE CAKE!"
