Competition time

Rural tonight - an excellent presentation on the charity Mary's Meals highlighting its work in Liberia and Malawi given by a local volunteer who had come over from Huntly on a filthy night to share her passion with us. It was good that so many members has braved the weather and provided a decent audience for her. Competitions tonight were "a cup and saucer" and two rum truffles. I passed on the latter as I'd have made two dozen and we would have been obliged to eat them! Somewhat surprisingly my entry for the former got second prize!
