Divine Cakes at the Divine Cafe

Will this rain ever give in? I feel as if I'm in a forever world of grey, with the occasional Blip of sunshine. Not even 50 Shades of grey!

Usual busy day at work, where one is required to wear many hats! Hat of choice this week, along with my usual business duties, is plumber!

As munchkin No1 achieved 100/100 in his times table assessment yesterday, i took them both to a local cafe after school as a treat for some yummy cake and a chocolate milkshake (just milk for curly!) So that is todays Blip. This little cafe has had many incarnations in my time in this area, it used to be a petrol station, then a crop circle inspired cafe, then abandoned for a while, then this little gem. They do the best Carrot Cake by far, and munchkin 1 highly recommends the milkshakes!

Off to sort out my camera kit as a friend has kindly offered to let me capture her body art, so I better look as though I know what I'm doing!
