Train ride

The girls and I decided to go into Edinburgh by train today for a little adventure. Murron was beside herself with excitement and spent the entire journey with her nose pressed against the window watching the world zip by. I had promised Rowan some new clothes so we hit H&M and had great fun mixing and matching outfits. Murron was not impressed and slid to the floor losing the use of her legs for a good ten minutes (a long time when the entire shop floor is watching). She is not into clothes shopping at all and had to bribed with the promise of food. After another MAJOR slump in the Body Shop we met Nick for lunch and then made our way back to the station. I have to admit that I bought some christmas wrap - quite unlike me given that we are still in October - but I justified it by thinking that life is busy and who knows when I will pass this way again...
