Recreating a crazy dance that was apparently worthy of three sweets at the school disco.

Today has been a logistical challenge, especially with the added rain, tube strike, roadworks. But mostly we've made it all happen okay.

And there was some work. That actually, finally made me a little excited about the upcoming China trip. Though also a little apprehensive.

And there was a run that was hard and mainly made me want to vomit. But I didn't so that's a good thing.
