Cor Blimey It's Wet Outside!

When i woke up this morning i did think my walk with the walking group may be cancelled but i had no notifications to say so. I waited till my lot had left to go to work/school then readied myself, packing my waterproof trousers, gaiters, boots and pole.. Caught the bus to go and meet Karen, she picked me up from Rottingdean and off we drove to Bramber in West Sussex.. En route Kate called to say that The Guy who was leading today's walk had cancelled, we were almost there and Kate had to turn up in case other members hadn't seen the email she had sent out at the last moment!!

Karen and myself waited in the pub in the village and surprisingly 13 of us die hards turned up. We don't let a spot of rain hinder our walking!!! We managed to walk 3 miles but gave in to the elements when our waterproof clothing started to let the rain seep through and make us feel cold. We all returned to the pub for teas and coffee and some of the group had cake.. I was good i just had coffee (HALO MOMENT)...

This is the view from one of the many windows of the pub.. Not especially exciting but i thought quite pretty i thought it was safer for my camera to stay out of the rain today...
