Flower boat

I thought the flowers in this boat, which are planted by the local Scouts, look amazingly good despite the overdose of rain that they must have had recently! I also saw that crocuses are in bud in our front garden and there are daffodils out in a garden further along the road. Bizarrely, it's beginning to look like Spring in the midst of the storms! Another howler is on the way tomorrow, with up to 80 mph winds along this coast. I feel so sorry for all the people suffering awful flooding in this almost constant rain (with the odd sunny day in between, like today).

I got the news sheet typed and copied a day early as I feel hibernation coming on for tomorrow....!
